Serena has leased 1,000 square meters to Huonekalujen Halpahalli in Kouvola. The property is niched towards the furniture and design segment and is already housing tenants like Sotka, Asko, Suomen Sänkkytukku. Huonekalujen Halpahalli opens on 1 December 2016.
Serena signed a five-year lease with Grano Oy for 650 sq. m. in Kouvolan Lehtikaari 3. Grano is B2B-company that produces digital and printing services and solutions to ease and develop the customers’ business operations.
Serena signed a new lease agreement with Suomen Sänkkytukku in Kouvola. The premises comprises approximately 1,900 sq. m.
During September 2016 Serena prolonged the lease agreement and Musti ja Mirri in Lohjanharjun Kauppapuisto Retail Park.
Serena has signed a new 10-year lease agreement with Tokmanni in Turku. The property Aspius will undergo a refurbishment and there will be another 1,600 sq. m. available for a new tenant.
Serena has divested a small property in Oulu to a local investor. The divested property is located in the Limingantulli area in Oulu. Serena renewed the lease agreement with the tenant before divesting the property.
Serena has renewed the lease agreement with AD Turku Oy for another 8 years. As part of the new lease agreement, the lightning in the property was exchanged to LED as a part of Serena’s sustainability program.
Serena has signed a new lease agreement with Kylmänen Food Oy in Kaakkurinhovi, Oulu. Kylmänen Food Oy will open in August 2016. The property is now fully leased.
Expert Asa Oy has prolonged their lease agreement in Kuusankosken Pouhjonrinne Retail Park and will reformat the concept into Power. The new Power shop opens in May 2016.
Serena has prolonged the lease agreement with Jysk for another 9 years in Kuusankoski for approximately 1400 sq. m. As part of the new lease agreement, the lightning in the property was exchanged to LED as a part of Serena’s sustainability program.
